ITIL is built around a process-model based view of controlling and managing operations. The current move towards ISO/IEC 27001 may require some revision to the ITIL Security Management best practices which are often claimed to be rich in content for physical security but weak in areas such as software/application security and logical security in the ICT infrastructure.

Capacity management - This ensures that business requirements are fully supported by the appropriate IT hardware resources. Prince2 ITIL Os Team and checklist - The team and checklist is the list of the staff members who are responsible for enacting the procedures and noting any problems they encounter.

Warm start - This is an option used by organizations that need to recover IT services and facilities within a 24- to 72-hour period. The ultimate goal of the recovery plan is to maintain service continuity.
