An ITIL Toolkit usually includes materials which are intended to assist in both understanding and implementation, and are designed for both existing ITIL users and beginners. ITIL gives a detailed description of a number of important IT practices with comprehensive checklists, tasks and procedures that can be tailored to any IT organization.
